Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to all countries globally except for Afghanistan.
Where is your order shipped from?
Desire has warehouses in China and US. Mostly we ship from our U.S. office. For U.S. domestic orders, it could take 1-2 business days to deliver except for some holiday seasons; For other countries, shipment may take 3-10 business days to deliver.
What's your warranty time/return policy for products?
We support 6 months of warranty time for all products on the website. It means within the 6 months after products sold, customers can contact us to return or exchange the products if there is any quality issues found.
If quality issues found, how should I do?
Don't worry! Once the quality issue happened, the most efficient way to get it solved is sending us an HD video or image of the issue at email@example.com ASAP. Understanding well the issue is essential for us to expedite the process. If we can't solve the issue, we'll refund you or exchange the products as you required.
How to update the product's software/firmware?
