Desire Design Shipping Policy

 

Free domestic U.S. shipping on orders over $59
Desire Design offers free shipping on domestic U.S. orders that have a final cart amount above $59 after coupon code or any special discounts. Please select Free Shipping at checkout to take effect. Free shipping will be delivered via USPS Ground OR FedEx 2Day (exclusions apply).

When will my order be shipped?
Normally your orders will be sent out within 24 business hours. During the busy holiday sale it may take 48-72 business hours. An email tracking will be sent to you once the shipment sent out.

Where do you ship to?
Desire Design ships internationally to an ever-expanding list of countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, you are welcome to contact us and we will try our best to make it.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on which shipping option you choose, the estimated delivery time for our shipping options are as follows:
Free Shipping 2-7 business days from despatch
USPS First Class Mail 2-7 business days
USPS Priority 1-4 business days* in transit
USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 Business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place the order.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

How are replacement parts shipped?
All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.

To ensure you satisfying orders, Desire Design strongly recommends every customer give attention to below points before purchase:

1. Customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Desire Design is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

2. Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

3. Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Desire Design, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Desire Design strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

4. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to products that are returned to our facility. If the return of your package incurred any types of return fees or duty fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

5. All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Desire Design is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

6. Shipment transit time is not under our control, if any late shipment happens, please contact the shipping carrier and also Desire Design will do what we can to help.
