How do I request a refund or make a return?

  1. Any used accessories may not be refunded or returned.
  2. Normally, we ship your orders within 24 hours from receiving the payment of the orders, so at any time before your order is shipped, if you want to cancel your order, we will refund all the money, excluding the transaction fees caused.
  3. In case your order is shipped before you want a cancellation, please wait until the package is returned completely and safely to DesireDesign, then we will refund your money deducting all the transaction fees, shipping costs or any other fees caused during the process.
  4. If there is any fault caused by DesireDesign, we will give a full refund.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my order after a really long time?

If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. We will instantly look into your package status and confirm with the shipping carrier. And Desire Desire customer service officer will send you the solution once we figure out the situation.  

How do I track my order and when should I expect it to arrive?

Desire Desire order fulfillment team will send every customer an email of tracking information without doubt once the order shipped out. You can track your order's logistics any time by checking the tracking# in the shipping carrier website.

Mostly, the shipping time for each order depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Occasionally, during the holiday seasons, there may be some delay. Please kindly understand.

We do what we can do to make sure every order deliver on time and in the best status, we know your expectation. 

How do I get the tracking number for my order?

After receiving payment, it will take us 1-2 business days to process your purchase.

Once we have shipped it out, we'll send you an email notification of your order status.

Click the “View your order” button in the email you received and you’ll be redirected to a page where the latest order status and your tracking number should be shown.

How to cancel your online orders?

Firstly please confirm that your order has not been shipped before canceling the order by contacting with service@desiredesign.com

If no, you can claim a refund through Paypal, we will get a dispute and process on time, the fund will be returned to you by Paypal then.

How do I request a warranty?

Thank you for purchasing DesireDesign products. Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

  1. Describe the problem with your item in details: What happened? When? How?
  2. Please provide the security code of the product.
  3. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

 NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions,

and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s).

What does “order status” mean?

Pending review: Orders haven't been reviewed.

Pending shipment: There are 2 situations,1.the order has been shipped but hasn’t been updated with the tracking number on the system, 2.the order has not been shipped.

Waiting for receipt: Package is still on the way, or you didn't click "Confirm Order Received" to complete the purchase after you receive the package.
