Yes. We currently ship to all countries globally. If there is an exception, we'll inform you in advance.
Where is your order shipped from?
Mostly we ship from our U.S. office, so for U.S. domestic orders, it could take 1-2 days to deliver except for some holiday promotions.
How to update the product's software/firmware?
Currently, we only support to update software/firmware for the Rage, if you want, please check this page to make it.
How to contact you if some quality issues happened on the products?
We support 3 months of warranty for products. If quality issues found in this period, please contact our customer service at email@example.com with an HD picture or video of the issue as soon as possible. We will reply with a satisfying solution to your problem.
